Neighbourhood Priority Statement

Pre Submission Consultation

Have Your Say

Lostwithiel Town Council is seeking views from residents, businesses and community organisations on the draft Neighbourhood Priorities Statement (NPS).  This consultation is your opportunity to tell us what matters most to you and what you would most like to see protected in Lostwithiel.

About the Neighbourhood Priorities Statement

The Neighbourhood Priorities Statement identifies the issues and themes that the community considers most important for the future of Lostwithiel.  It provides a foundation for future planning work and helps ensure that development and investment reflect local priorities.

The draft NPS highlights key themes raised through early engagement, including:

• Nature

• Heritage

• Landscapes

• Housing

• Transport

• Employment

• Economy

• Infrastructure

We now invite further public feedback before finalising the document.
