Dear Business Owner, You may be aware that a Neighbourhood Priority Statement is presently being devised which will set out the ambitions and priorities of Lostwithiel Parish in terms of the need for infrastructure, the design and location of new housing and the places where more growth might be inappropriate. Cornwall Council will have a statutory obligation to endorse and take our published NPS into account when determining the policies of the new Local Plan which will be completed in 2026.
