Lostwithiel Town Council is seeking views from residents, businesses, and community organisations on the draft Neighbourhood Priorities Statement (NPS). This consultation is your opportunity to tell us what matters most to you and what you would most like to see protected in Lostwithiel.
About the Neighbourhood Priorities Statement
The Neighbourhood Priorities Statement identifies the issues and themes that the community considers most important for the future of Lostwithiel. It provides a foundation for future planning work and helps ensure that development and investment reflect local priorities.
The draft NPS highlights key themes raised through early engagement, including:
• Nature
• Heritage
• Landscapes
• Housing
• Transport
• Employment
• Economy
• Infrastructure
We now invite further public feedback before finalising the document.

A series of drop in sessions will be held where you can view the draft NPS, ask questions, and provide comments.

You can share your views in the following ways:
1. Attend a Consultation Event
Speak with Council representatives and view the draft NPS in person.
2. Complete the Survey
Paper copies are available at consultation events and at the Town Council office.
3. Complete the Online Survey
A link will be available on this page throughout the consultation period.
